1. BOOKINGS
    A deposit of 30% of the cost of safari shall be required for any booking not later than 30 days before the date of the safari, to reserve bookings.
  2. PAYMENT
    All safaris must be fully paid before commencement of the safari, and a receipt is issued.
  3. PRICES
    These include all expenses as outlined in the Itineraries. We offer full tour packages, and therefore no extra payments outside the stated prices in the tour packages.
  4. CANCELLATION
    In case a booking is cancelled the following cancellation fees shall apply:

    1. NO SHOW – 100%
    2. 1-7 DAYS BEFORE SAFARI – 75%
    3. 7-14 DAYS BEFORE SAFARI – 50%
    4. 14 DAYS – 30 DAYS – 25%
    5. ABOVE 30 DAYS – FREE
